I started my journey into BodyTalk in 2007. It changed my life in so many ways over the years. It gave me the awareness of the way energy communicates in all aspects of reality. With it, I was able to heal traumas and the physical, mental and emotional factors associated, which ushered me gracefully into the life of my dreams. The alignment and communication with your Self that BodyTalk brings, is a permanent flow of energy that can only be experienced and not well-grasped with words.

Adding Bowen to compliment BodyTalk is in my opinion the perfect physical body-work component. In 3-6 sessions Bowen resets the body in a way that relieves the nervous system as well as the musculoskeletal system. A deep but gentle reboot that every body can benefit from. Profoundly effective. Another incredibly simple, minimalist tool to rapid results.
